Who We Are
SOWI is a non-governmental provider of solace and support to the needy and homeless against the backdrop of violence and poverty. This can be attributed to inequitable distribution of wealth, resources, leadership problems, improper upbringing, long term ethnic crisis, ill-health, religious conflicts, and civil unrest.
Working with stakeholders in the public and private sectors, SOWI adopts mentorship programs, counseling, rehabilitation, career talks and development, vocational trainings, sex education, solving adolesent issues and medical outreaches, to enhance behaviour change and positive attitude to life. This will improve access to essential needs of life; in education, health, psychology, economic development and other services and products to promote healthy living.

By 2025, SOWI Foundation will be a solid, energetic, and highly focused Organization that will continuously provide social needs of children, youths, women, destitute, and the aged at the grassroots level by studying, co-habiting, and identifying their wants while strategizing to provide for their needs.
